About Axis Health and Fitness

Axis Health and Fitness has been assisting hundreds of satisfied personal training, injury management and weight loss clients since early 2007. Since its modest beginnings in 2007,  Axis has grown to 7 part time and full time exercise physiologists and personal trainers. Over this time Axis has gained a reputation for very qualified and knowledgable staff that help clients to achieve their health and fitness goals through appropriately structured programs and maximising their functional capacity to perform, whether its in the sporting arena or just every day life.

All of our trainers and exercise physiologists are trained to assist clients with underlying injuries, weaknesses and conditions and work very closely with physiotherapists, sports doctors and other allied health professionals to ensure appropriately structured exercise programs are developed.

In saying that don’t underestimate our ability to push you to the max! All Axis trainers are trained and work together to get the most out of all of our clients.
